International Yoga Festival 2023 Day-3

The Day-3 of International Yoga Festival 2023 began with yoga sessions, meditation classes and Naadi Parikshan camp.

Panel discussion on ‘Body, Mind & Soul-The triangle of Life‘ was the event about holistic health & holistic life. Following experts were the panelists:-

Arun Piramal, International yoga teacher at KYM (Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram), Chennai. With more than 10 years of experience in yoga, his specialty is classical asana techniques and Yoga therapy. He has conducted many workshops and seminars in yoga.

Virat Chirania. A certified life coach, senior teacher at Art of living (AOL) and Tedx speaker. Over 5000 hours of yoga training experience in India and abroad.

Dr Navdeep Joshi. PhD, International Nada Yoga guru, Founder of Navyoga gram, renowned TV panelist on various news channels. Asia book of record holder on 108 surya namaskars in just 22 minutes per day for 365 days. Member of CCRYN Ayush ministry Government of India.

Mahalaxmi from Sivananda yoga vaedanta centres & ashram in India. She teaches hathayoga in teacher training courses.

Dr. Laxminarayan Joshi from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University conducted a session about ‘Yoga for backache‘ for people suffering from lower backache. He taught how we can treat our lower back ache at our own home with help of exercise of Naadi or nerve channels of our body.

The prominent event of the day was ‘Keynote session by Dinaz Vervatwala‘. Dinaz Vervatwala is Founder and CEO Of ‘Dinaz Fitness’. She is a renowned Fitness Coach, a Guinness world Record holder, 3rd runner up of the Miss Universe Fitness Pageant, a successful entrepreneur, a spiritual healer and a Wellness motivational speaker.

Dinaz talked about the ‘Power of Mind’ with which she survived a major fire accident in 2005. She had more than half of her body burnt and even doctors asked for her last words. But deep down she was determined to serve the humanity. Within 21 days post accident, she was back on path of recovery with help of Meditation and Power of Mind. Then in 2010, Dinaz got her name in the Guinness Book of world records for completing 26 hours of non-stop aerobic marathon. Today she is a popular digital coach with a community of over 4500 people where she helps people to gain their strength, confidence and their power of mind so that they can become not only physical fit but also mentally fit.

Dinaz’s session was quite overwhelming, inspiring and deeply motivational for all the participants present in the Yoga festival.
